Hacienda Sonora is in the Central Valley region of Costa Rica and has been part of the specialty scene since its early days, always leading in innovation through its various processing methods and plant varietals. The farm has more than 20 varietals in production, the “Centroamericano” being one of them. Centroamericano is grown at 1300 masl, picked and (honey) processed completely separately, and has an outstanding cup.
